Construction Manager – Electrical Infrastructure

Your New Role

As a Construction Manager – Electrical Infrastructure , you will lead the successful delivery of major projects across land development, subdivisions, Transport and Main Roads (TMR) works, and emerging renewable/BESS sectors.

You’ll take ownership of project execution from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards .

In this role, you will:

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams , including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Oversee delivery of electrical infrastructure projects , including subdivisions, TMR lighting, ITS and road infrastructure works
Manage project programs, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal performance
Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases
Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, councils, TMR, and utility providers (e.g. Energex/Ergon)
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery
Support procurement, subcontractor management, and site mobilisation activities
Ensure strong governance across technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
Lead project teams to achieve efficient delivery and continuous improvement outcomes

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager within electrical infrastructure
Strong background in land development, subdivisions, and/or TMR electrical/lighting projects
Exposure to renewable energy or BESS projects highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects end-to-end
Strong understanding of Australian standards, TMR specifications, and local authority requirements
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project profitability
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive high-performing teams
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
