Full Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Painting Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential — the more projects you win, the more you earn.

About the Role

As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of our business, building relationships and securing commercial painting contracts. You'll work closely with builders, property managers, and developers to understand their needs and deliver confident, competitive proposals that win work.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in painting sales or a closely related trade/construction sales role
A strong background working on commercial projects — whether new builds, renovations, strata, or managed properties
Exceptional communication skills with the professionalism to engage builders, project managers, and property managers at a high level
A natural ability to build trust, present with confidence, and close deals
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset — you take ownership of your pipeline and your outcomes
Ability to read and understand project scopes and provide accurate, competitive quotes

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new commercial painting opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and property managers
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes
Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at all times
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth project handover
