In this role, you'll:
You will be accountable for leading and governing Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions are designed, implemented, and delivered in line with best practice and organisational standards.
The role plays a critical part in designing and delivering technology solutions for the Bus Transport Management System (BTMS), ensuring alignment with TfNSW’s enterprise architecture and security frameworks. Acting as a key link between business and project teams, the architect translates business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions while driving seamless integration across multiple platforms to deliver cohesive business outcomes.
Working closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts, the role provides architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to governance standards. It also offers guidance across a blended workforce, contributes to strategic architecture planning and roadmaps, and identifies opportunities to improve investment and delivery outcomes.
Additionally, the role supports the development of business cases, technical documentation, and procurement activities, ensuring all solutions are secure, sustainable, and aligned with long-term organisational objectives. About you
You are an experienced Salesforce architect with a strong track record in solution architecture, business and systems requirements, and technical design within complex and evolving environments. You bring deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations, customisations, and best practice frameworks. You have extensive experience working with contemporary technologies and architectural frameworks in multi-sourced or federated operating models, and are skilled in bringing together multiple solutions into cohesive, scalable architectures that deliver tangible business outcomes. A confident communicator, you can clearly articulate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organised and adaptable, you excel at managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, complex settings. Your experience delivering large-scale initiatives is supported by relevant qualifications, with detailed technical capability requirements aligned to the role.
