About the Role
You will work within a small and supportive Administrative Services team as the first point of contact for many patients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring efficient administrative support to multidisciplinary health professionals within a busy Community Health Outpatient Centre.
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting, assisting and directing patients and visitors.

Responding to patient enquiries in person and over the phone.

Communicating with internal and external healthcare providers.

Providing administrative support to multidisciplinary health professionals.

Managing appointments, correspondence and data entry.
-
Working across a range of computer applications and electronic systems.
-
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the efficient operation of the service.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional, patient-focused approach.
This position may appeal to parents with school aged children, Monday and Friday 4-hour shifts, this permanent part time position offers job security and convenience for applicants requiring part time work.
This recruitment also provides opportunities for multiple applicants to obtain Casual work/contracts at both Forster and Taree Community Centres, working days Monday to Friday.
