Full Job Description

Love Tilly Group is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team Fabbrica Newtown. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and supporting the overall operations of our kitchen. What you'll be doing

Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Ensuring consistent food presentation and adherence to recipe standards
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
Participating in menu development and contributing to the creative culinary vision
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a CDP or Sous in a reputable restaurant or hotel
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations
Time management and multitasking skills
A passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
