Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
- Assist with staff rostering, labour cost control, and shift planning
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and confidently
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and company procedures
- Step into Manager-on-Duty shifts as required
