Full Job Description

Role : IT Desktop EUC Support

Location: 8/540 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006
Client: AECOM
Duration:18 Months (Extendable)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Onsite

Working Time: 8:30AM TO 5PM
Start Date: In 2 weeks After Selection
Salary: AUD 65,000 per annum + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, hardware and software
Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests
Perform device deployment, upgrades, refreshes and asset management
Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems and meet SLAs
Troubleshoot basic network issues including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN and Wi-Fi
Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors when required

Required Skills

Experience in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk / EUC
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Hardware troubleshooting, imaging and deployment experience
Familiarity with SCCM, Intune or similar endpoint management tools
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
