Korn Ferry is building a network of experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants, Recruiters, and Sourcing Specialists to support a variety of current and future client initiatives across our Talent Acquisition and RPO businesses.
Assignments may vary in scope and duration and could include supporting periods of increased hiring demand, strategic sourcing initiatives, talent mobility programs, workforce transition projects, and recruitment delivery across a range of industries and client environments.
These casual roles would suit experienced recruitment professionals who are available to commence at short notice and are looking for project-based work across a variety of client environments. Work may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on client requirements.
The Opportunity
As a member of our casual talent network, you may:
Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of RPO and talent acquisition programs
Partner with hiring leaders and stakeholders to identify talent solutions
Source and engage high-quality talent across a variety of functions and industries
Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview management
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support talent mobility, redeployment, and workforce transition projects
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Contribute to project-based hiring initiatives during peak demand periods
Work with leading organisations across a range of industries
What We're Looking For
We're interested in connecting with recruitment professionals who bring:
Proven experience within agency, RPO, embedded, or in-house recruitment environments
Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement skills
End-to-end recruitment experience across professional, corporate, technical, or specialist roles
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation capability
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
High levels of emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism
The ability to adapt quickly to changing project and client requirements
Experience supporting workforce transition, career mobility, redeployment, or organizational change programs will be highly regarded but is not essential.
