About the role
As the People and Culture Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, learning and development, performance review coordination and people systems, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly across the business.
You'll work closely with leaders and employees across the organisation, giving you visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how People & Culture is delivered.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare employment contracts, letters and employee documentation.
- Manage employee records and maintain data integrity within Employment Hero.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance review cycles and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including onboarding and mandatory training.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and internal communications.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain people-related documentation.
- Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees.
- Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
About you
-
Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or People & Culture Coordinator role.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or working towards completion of one).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve processes.
- Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HRIS (highly regarded).
