We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our Perth head office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrives in a busy office environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while providing administrative support across multiple departments.

The Role
We are seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join the team at our facility in Kewdale, Perth. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for all visitors - meeting, greeting, and directing visitors
Assisting with IT support requests - i.e. new users and basic troubleshooting
Ordering stationary and maintaining required levels
Ensuring Visitor registration including implementing the signing in procedure, announcing their arrival and allocating names badges
Printing, laminating binding and scanning of documents
Being the point of contact for our suppliers
Maintenance requests and filing and archiving
Catering for monthly team get togethers, training schools and business lunches etc
New employee onboarding assistance and collating employment documentation
Streamlining and updating reception procedures
Assisting with travel bookings and phone screening of candidates
Ad hoc duties as required

About You:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self motivated with a can-do attitude
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation including Senior Management
Contribute to the culture and values of the organisation
Previous office experience would be advantageous
Current Drivers License
