The Role & Project

At the Duketon Gold Project in the Goldfields of Western Australia, we are looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role involves supporting the smooth operation, safety, and accountability of our mining activities at Duketon.

Working on an 8:6 roster, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our operations. You will have the support of a well-organized work site and a comfortable camp, providing you with a sense of care and security while you are away from home. To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Experience in a site-based administration position in the resources sector.
Experience across maintenance and production is preferred but not essential.
Roster management.
Data entry and preparation of reports.
Coordination of flights and accommodation.
Raise purchase requisitions.
Coordinate supplies – delivery to and from sites.
Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
Experience with JDE preferred.
Current WA driver's licence.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Energetic fast learner.
