About Us:
GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.
We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.
The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our onsite Construction team, working a site-based roster of 2:1 or 3:1, depending on preference.
You would be working initially on a Greenfields Gold Processing Plant project in the Goldfields, WA, with further project options available.
This role works closely with the Construction Manager, Supervisors and site teams to ensure seamless transition for all GRES personnel and GRES Contractors to and from the project site.
A typical day will consist of:

Coordinating commercial flights, charter flights, and land transport for a FIFO/DIDO workforce.

Creating, updating and managing the manning roster, flight changes and leave requests

Daily reporting via our contracting partner’s systems

Coordinating toolbox talks and progress meetings, managing diaries, and taking formal meeting minutes

Completion and submission of weekly timesheets for Trades

Ordering and maintaining stocks of office stationery, crib room food, and site hygiene supplies
About you:

Extensive Administration experience in mining, construction or project environment

Advanced level Microsoft Office skills

High level communication

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Construction White Card
-
Current Driver’s Licence
-
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
