We have a new opportunity for an experienced mobilisation administrator to join our Projects teams for a 12month FTC to cover for maternity leave.
We are looking for someone who has at least 3years experience from a similar environment to join our fun and supportive project-based team at our Head office in Malaga, Perth. This is a Monday to Friday role
, paid fortnightly.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- A minimum of 3 years' previous experience in Mobilisation Administration, preferably within the Construction or Resources industry.
- Previous site-based experience highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of standard site practices and procedures.
- Construction induction white card.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills (written/interpersonal).

- Filing and documentation.

You will be responsible for:
- Onboarding of personnel to site.
- Working with personnel on their onboarding requirements and any online inductions that are required for onboarding to the project.
- Working with HR, contractors, and labour hire companies to get all mandatory documentation applicable for their role.
- Booking of RTIO training at Aveling if required.
- Booking of training that is mandatory for role for onboarding (Fire Training, First Aid, Supervisor online or classroom training) – any other training if optional or preferred site admin to look after.
- Booking of medicals/DAS as required for mobilisation.
- Booking of flights and accommodation.
- Keep track of flights and accommodation count spreadsheet for each project.
- Keep track of qualifications and induction expiry (as well as the responsibility of each person for their own items).
- Coordinate all employee, visitor and subcontractor travel and accommodation arrangements, including Rest and Recreation (R&R) flights.
- Maintain all training records updated in UON Central.
- Attend Site to assist projects team as required.
- Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.
