WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and support the delivery of recovery-oriented mental health services within a multidisciplinary team. Working under clinical supervision, you will provide practical, non-clinical psychosocial support across community, acute and rehabilitation settings.

You will assist consumers to understand recovery and rehabilitation and help them achieve their individual goals through day-to-day support aligned with their care plans.

You will……….

Support consumers to build independence, manage daily living skills, and progress recovery goals including housing, education, relationships, health and financial stability.
Assist with transitions between care settings and support engagement in community activities, programs and services.
Provide practical support such as completing applications, securing accommodation, and addressing legal, financial, and wellbeing needs.
Monitor and report consumer progress, maintain case notes, and contribute to effective multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Promote high-quality, recovery-oriented care through continuous improvement, professional development, and adherence to mental health standards.
Deliver culturally safe services while maintaining workplace safety, compliance, and a supportive, respectful environment.
