About the Role
United Disability Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Permanent Part-Time Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Southport, Queensland.
We currently have sleepover, morning and afternoon shifts available immediately, with guaranteed weekly hours for the right candidates.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability, empowering them to achieve their goals, develop independence, and live fulfilling lives.

✅ Current SCHADS Award Rate: $34.58 – $35.00 per hour + 12% Superannuation

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability
- A positive, engaging and person-centred approach
