Teletrac Navman is seeking a Team Leader – Deployment to lead the performance and delivery of our Deployment function. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end job flow, ensuring efficient scheduling, backlog management, and consistent delivery outcomes while maintaining a strong customer and installer experience.
Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you will drive performance, manage escalations, and work cross-functionally with teams including Payments, Support Leadership, RMA/Provisioning, and Service Delivery QA to deliver scalable, high-quality deployment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Delivery and Capacity Management

Own the end-to-end deployment job lifecycle from work order creation through to completion and closure

Manage throughput, backlog, and ageing jobs to ensure operational efficiency

Prioritise workloads to meet customer demand and business objectives

Maintain consistent deployment processes and standard work practices
Performance Management and Quality Oversight

Monitor KPIs including scheduling turnaround, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and team performance

Review backlog, completion rates, and deployment quality on a daily basis

Ensure quality assurance before jobs are transitioned for financial processing

Drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and operational dashboards
Escalation and Risk Management

Own and manage escalations across customers, installers, and internal stakeholders

Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues

Identify systemic risks such as capacity constraints and process gaps

Implement mitigation strategies to improve delivery outcomes
Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Alignment

Maintain strong engagement across internal teams to support smooth job handoffs and financial closure

Partner with Payments, Support Leadership, RMA/Provisioning, CSS Leadership, and QA teams

Remove operational blockers impacting invoicing and processing timelines
Reporting and Continuous Improvement

Own KPI and operational reporting, including dashboards and performance tracking

Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery

Contribute to system and process enhancements across tools such as Salesforce and scheduling platforms

Support development of standard operating procedures and scalable processes
Leadership and Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing deployment team

Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

Promote a strong health, safety, and compliance culture across the team

Proven leadership experience within a service delivery, deployment, or operational environment
