Full Job Description

Horizon United is a civil, maintenance, construction, and mining services contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Work with us:

You will be responsible for assisting with the installation of underground pipelines, working in trenches, supporting plant operations, and carrying out general civil labouring duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

The Opportunity:

This role is based in Lotus Creek QLD. It is a Drive in Drive out position and a typical swing is 19:9 (19 on and 9 off). Accommodation and meals are provided while on swing.

The Role:

Day-to-day tasks will include:

Working in and around trenches
Spotting machinery (excavators, loaders)
Ensuring safe excavation practices are followed
Shovelling, digging, and site clean-up
Assisting tradespeople, operators, and supervisors
Handling and moving materials (pipes, fittings, tools)
Upholding all policies, procedures, and Codes of Conduct, including Safety within the Workplace

What you'll need:

Construction White Card.
Driver’s Licence.
Reliable transport to and from site.
