Final Trim Grader operator required for a highway upgrade project. Operate our CAT 150 Grader equipped with Trimble GPS.
CMC is 100% privately owned, Australian Tier 2 civil contractor based in Queensland, specialising in civil and mining infrastructure. We provide expert design and construction services across various sectors, including roads, bridges, renewable energy, resources, flood recovery, mining, water, and waste management. Located just north of Marlborough and 100+ kilometres north of Rockhampton, the project consists of 4 Sites within a 23km section.
The scope of works includes wide centre line treatments, intersection improvements and safety barriers. The work entails formation widening and pavement works involving earthworks, drainage structures, geometry and safety improvements including roadside clearing and safety barrier installation.
We are seeking a Final Trim Grader operator to join our team on a permanent, fixed term basis. This long-term project offers job stability along with the following perks:

To join our team, you will ideally be located within a 4-hour drive of the Marlborough area, and have the following:

HR licence
-
RII Grader certification
-
Confidence working with Trimble GPS programs
-
Experience operating a 150 Grader equipped with GPS/UTS guidance systems
-
Final Trim experience on highway upgrades/major roadworks
-
Have a background in projects that use TMR specifications
-
Experience working in Civil Construction project environments
-
Willing to attend and undergo a medical, drug and alcohol test and functional assessment
