Casual Administration Assistant and Product Sorter

Note: This position strictly requires a Non-AI generated cover letter to be submitted in order to be considered.

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer and Product Sorter for our Workshop office & Warehouse facility. This will be a dual role where your time will be spread across the 2 areas mentioned.

Casual role to commence with the possibility of permanent work for the right candidate. This is a new role due to expansion of our business.

Ideal position for someone wanting to work in a clean SMOKE FREE environment with flexible casual hours or maybe someone who wants to work around Family commitment's, Schooling or wanting a change of environment.

This is ideal for people who enjoy hands on roles mixed with admin work. Conversion to a permanent role is a possibility also.

The key focus of this role will be:

Performing general administrative duties
Data entry (preparing reports / maintaining spreadsheets)
Stock inventory and Invoicing
Basic sorting and testing of Consumer products
General warehousing duties
Hours can be made flexible to suit the right candidate
In house Product training will also be provided for the right candidate
May suit someone who values quality control procedures
Experience in an Office / Administration environment would be considered an advantage

Key Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Clearly spoken English required to communicate with other staff and customers as required
Very clear and legible handwriting
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly dependable and trustworthy
Basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook for Email, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
Ability to listen & follow instructions exactly as directed
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to cope with manual lifting throughout the day
Be reliable, respectful, and helpful to your co-workers
Always take pride in your work and provide quality workmanship
Applicants with some electrical or electronics certification would be considered an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
