Guardian Self Storage is looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Facility Assistant to join our team.
This role is primarily administration and customer service focused, with some cleaning and general facility upkeep duties included.
About the Role
- Customer service and office administration
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and storage agreements
- Saturday office coverage
- Facility presentation and light cleaning duties
- General site inspections and upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer and organisational skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Previous admin or retail experience is an advantage
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Predominantly Tuesday to Saturday hours
- Additional hours may be available when required
- Immediate start available
