Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised Sales Support Specialist and Office Manager to keep our stores running like clockwork.

This is a critical role that sits at the centre of our sales and installation process. You'll be based in store at Penrith and St Marys stores and working for Australia's largest flooring retail brand.

The role is to support our sales team and assist with store operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and clients, ensuring they are informed and kept up to date on the their job details. You will also be a key contact for our installers, ensuring they are scheduled and prepared.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to transition quotes into active jobs.

* Scheduling: Book and manage the installation calendar, coordinating with both sub-contractors/installers and customers.

* Document Management: Handle all store / assist with warehouse and contract documentation.

* Customer Assistance: Provide proactive updates to clients regarding stock arrivals, booking dates, and post-job follow-ups.

* Showroom Support: Maintain the showrooms environment and assist walk-in/phone customers with initial inquiries and sales support plus booking measure appointments.

* A Logistics Pro: You enjoy the "puzzle" of scheduling and can pivot quickly when a job or a delivery changes.

* The Calm in the Storm: You can handle difficult conversations with installers or customers professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset.

* Detail-Obsessed: Ensuring details are correct and assisting the team.

* A Relationship Builder: You know how to support a sales team so they can stay in the field selling, while you "mind the fort."

Requirements

* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (Construction, Trade, or Flooring industries highly regarded).

* Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in business software/ microsoft products (Experience with RFMS or similar ERP systems is a major advantage) - trainig in the software will be provided.
