About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administrative Support Officer within our GP Plus Health Care Centres.

The Administrative Support Officer is responsible for the provision of a quality focused Health Care environment through promoting, delivery and evaluation of high-quality customer service and standards along with providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative and reception service to all.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to support essential healthcare services in our community. You will work within a collaborative environment where your administrative expertise directly contributes to patient care and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical and operational teams
manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative processes
support data entry and maintain accurate records
assist with general office duties and customer service to our stakeholders
