About the Role
Join our Surgical Programs team and help keep ward operations organised, responsive and patient focused.
- Manage ward reception and general clerical support
- Support patient care and bed management
- Coordinate admin needs across multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate ward records and information
About You
You’ll bring a patient focused approach, strong organisation and the confidence to support a busy multidisciplinary ward team.
- Communicate well with patients, families and visitors
- Bring strong admin, numeracy, spelling and grammar skills
- Prioritise workloads and meet deadlines under pressure
- Use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Apply confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer service
