Ventia delivers essential facilities management services at Northern Beaches Hospital, one of Australia's leading healthcare facilities. We're seeking a Contract Administrator to join our on-site team, playing a key role in supporting contract performance, subcontractor compliance and service delivery within a fast-paced and highly regulated healthcare environment.

About the role

You will support the delivery and performance of the contract through effective coordination and administration. Additionally, you’ll:

Coordinate contract administration activities to ensure compliant service delivery
Oversee help desk operations delivered by the Ventia Operations Centre
Prepare contract performance reports, compliance documentation and respond to RFIs
Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual and compliance requirements
Manage subcontractor requirements including variations, insurances and licences
Support procurement processes and stakeholder engagement across the contract

Are you our next Contract Administrator?

Experience in contract administration ideally within a services or facilities environment
Sound understanding of commercial and financial processes and documentation
Exposure to procurement processes and subcontractor management
High attention to detail with strong record keeping and reporting capability
Interpersonal communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
Strong systems skills across Microsoft Office
