Join the exciting pre-opening journey of Crystalbrook Sam and play an important role in building the sales foundations of Adelaide’s newest five-star hotel.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and passionate Sales Coordinator who thrives on connection, collaboration and making things happen. Working alongside the Director of Sales and the wider Sales team, you will provide essential support across client engagement, sales activity, reporting, event coordination, database management and the preparation of compelling sales materials.

This is far more than an administrative role. You will be part of creating something from the ground up — helping establish strong processes, nurture valuable relationships and ensure our Sales team is positioned to make an impact from opening day and well into the future.

What you'll do:

Coordinate client meetings, site visits and pre-opening activities
Schedule appointments, arrange travel and events for members of the team
Establish a clear course of action to achieve work tasks in an organised manner
Support the Sales team with uploading client information using modern IT platforms
Prepare customer quotations and contracts as required
Ensure our IT platforms are managed and maintained effectively
Manage incoming general sales enquiries directing them to the relevant sales associates
Prepare templates and presentations
Assist with proposals and action documents as required to support the sales team
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

About you:

Relevant experience – Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, sales coordination or sales administration, with an understanding of the pace and expectations of a service-led environment.

Commercially curious – Interested in sales performance, revenue opportunities and how great client relationships convert into results.

Confident communicator – Warm, polished and engaging across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
