We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Technologist to join our Quality team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at our Chifley Head Office and reporting to the Quality Systems Manager.
In this role, you will support the maintenance and administration of Simplot's quality systems and customer quality platforms, ensuring product and quality data remains accurate, up to date and accessible. You will also play an important role in supporting our ERP (SAP) implementation, working closely with stakeholders across our ANZ sites to drive system adoption, manage data integrity and support key project deliverables.

Maintain and update product specifications across Simplot and customer quality systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.

Support the ERP (SAP) implementation by assisting with data verification, workflow management, training, and system adoption activities.

Administer internal and customer quality platforms, including managing specifications, reports, product changes and user access.

Coordinate with stakeholders across our ANZ sites to support project milestones, quality processes and system enhancements.

Provide training, guidance and system support to help teams effectively use quality systems and processes.

Support customer requirements through the management of quality information, specifications and customer portals.

Assist with internal and external quality audits, document control and broader quality administration activities.
You are a collaborative and adaptable quality or systems professional who enjoys working across teams to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders to drive progress and support change initiatives.
You will also bring:

Experience managing quality systems, product specifications or related data management activities.

Exposure to ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.

The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including remote teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and support user training.

A proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and escalate issues when required.

Experience supporting change, process improvement or system implementation projects.

A degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
