About the Role

Our eCommerce team is focused on delivering seamless omnichannel experiences that make shopping easier for our customers. Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, supply chain, customer experience and technology, the team is responsible for shaping the future of online retail and unlocking sustainable growth across our omnichannel network.

Support the development and execution of Coles' Omnichannel and eCommerce growth strategy.

Lead strategic analysis, scenario modelling and investment recommendations to support future growth opportunities.

Drive cross-functional transformation programs that span eCommerce, store operations, supply chain, customer experience and technology.

Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies and deliver strategic outcomes.

Prepare executive-level insights, recommendations and governance materials that support key business decisions.

About You and Your Skills

Experience in strategy, transformation operations, or commercial leadership roles within a complex business environment.

Strong understanding of eCommerce, omnichannel retail and digital customer propositions.

Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, fulfilment networks or large-scale operational environments is highly regarded.

Commercially astute, with the ability to balance customer outcomes, operational feasibility and cost efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Experience working across multiple functions and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organisations.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clear and actionable recommendations.
