Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office & E-Commerce Specialist to support our day-to-day office, inventory and online sales operations.

The role is suitable for someone who is confident using computers, particularly Microsoft Excel, and is comfortable working with product information, spreadsheets, online stores and general administration.

Training can be provided for our internal systems, but good computer skills, accuracy and a willingness to learn are important.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, including product lists, pricing, stock information and supplier data.
Import and export product and inventory information using spreadsheets and CSV files.
Enter and maintain product information in inventory and business systems.
Create and update products on our WordPress/WooCommerce website.
Create and maintain eBay listings, including descriptions, pricing, images and product details.
Upload product photos, specifications and other information to online platforms.
Update product pricing and stock availability when required.
Assist with entering purchase orders and supplier orders.
Check supplier invoices, purchase orders and product information for accuracy.
Assist with maintaining product codes/SKUs and product categories.
Help prepare and organise information for incoming shipments and containers.
Perform general data entry and office administration.
Respond to or assist with basic customer and supplier emails.
Maintain electronic records, documents and filing systems.
Work with warehouse and management staff to ensure product and stock information is accurate.
Assist with other general office and e-commerce duties as required.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas and working with large spreadsheets.
Strong general computer skills.
Good attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and eBay would be highly regarded.
Experience with inventory or accounting software would be an advantage.
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Desirable Skills

Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:

Cin7 or other inventory-management systems
WooCommerce
eBay Seller Hub
Product data/CSV imports
Basic website administration
Online product listings
Purchasing and supplier coordination
MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software
Basic image editing for online product listings
Automotive, trailer-parts or industrial-hardware products

Role Objective

The main objective of this position is to support the smooth operation of our office, purchasing, inventory and online sales channels, ensuring that product, pricing and stock information is accurate and up to date across our internal systems, website and online marketplaces.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
