Kool Beanz Isle of Capri is now open, and we are excited to welcome local families into our growing community. Conveniently located in the heart of Isle of Capri, our childcare and kindergarten centre caters for up to 44 children aged 1-6 years. Designed to feel warm, welcoming and connected, the centre offers personalised care, meaningful relationships and a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Our centre features a tranquil Zen garden, engaging outdoor play spaces and a unique bird aviary, providing opportunities for children to build confidence, spark curiosity and develop a strong sense of belonging. Looking ahead, we are excited to invest in the centre to create exceptional learning environments, strengthen community connections and deliver the high-quality care and education that Kool Beanz is known for.

Applicants must hold a Grad Diploma / Bachelor in Early Childhood Education as the minimum education requirement for this position.
A bachelor's degree in Education / Graduate Diploma (ECE)
Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
Paid Working with Children Blue Card
2 years of experience in a similar role
Candidates must have 2 years of experience specifically as an Early Childhood
Teacher qualified professional
Ability to craft and implement engaging, educational content
A commitment to guiding children in developing positive behavior
Active participation in children's play while ensuring their safety
Strong relationships with families to enhance each child's experience
A positive, enthusiastic attitude that radiates energy
Passion, focus, and professionalism with a fun, approachable personality
