The Opportunity

As an IT Service Support Officer, you'll support the delivery of reliable and efficient technology experiences for our people across offices and project sites. As the first point of contact for many day-to-day technology needs, you’ll help colleagues stay connected and productive while building your own technical capability.

In this role, you will:

Provide L1 IT support, assisting employees with hardware, software and mobile device issues through ServiceNow and other support channels
Prepare, configure and deploy laptops, mobile phones, tablets and peripherals for new and existing employees
Support hardware refresh programs, asset returns and lifecycle management across the business
Assist with onboarding, offboarding and technology deployments across offices and project sites
Work closely with experienced IT professionals while building your knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot and modern workplace technologies

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who is at the beginning of their IT career and eager to learn. You'll enjoy working with people, be comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders and have a genuine interest in technology and customer service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

A Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
Exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies, Intune, Autopilot or similar end-user computing environments
Experience with, or knowledge of, ServiceNow or another ticketing platform
Strong troubleshooting skills across laptops, mobile devices and end-user technology
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
A collaborative approach, willingness to get involved and enthusiasm for continuous learning
Experience supporting Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads, will be highly regarded
