We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer on a Full time basis
As an IT technical support officer, you’ll install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
You’ll cover one or more areas of expertise, depending on the size of the organisation you work for. It’s common practice for a technical IT support team to be divided into first and second-line support, with the second-line support staff handling the more specialised queries that the first-line support could not deal with.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within Australian
Sound knowledge of all aspects of ICT within SME space
Proficiency in providing desktop support
Experience with MS Office 365 admin console
Remote desktop application support such as Teamviewer
Ability to work well in a team
Excellent customer service & telephone manner
Must own a car and licence
Permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
