Job Description

What you will do

Role Description

General support and assistance for trust management activities
Full responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts
Populate and reconcile trust cash reconciliations
Manage trust funding Subscription processes
Manage trust month end processes
Identify and resolve discrepancies with servicer/originator
Run cashflow distribution waterfall calculations
Instruct trustee to make required payments
Liaise with stakeholders as required
Financial model maintenance and development (this will be supported by ongoing training and mentoring).

Qualifications

Desired Experience & Skills

1-3 years’ experience in structured financial markets
Securitisation trust management experience, minimum 1 year
General experience in financial SPV or trust management/administration
Complex transactions/projects with multiple stakeholders
General understanding of legal documentation focused on operative commercial provisions
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Cashflow modelling (helpful but not essential)
