As we continue to expand and evolve, we're looking for an Account Manager - Supermarkets to join our Supply Chain team and help drive the next chapter of Grill’d's retail growth.
Reporting to the GM of Supply Chain, this role will play a key part in growing Grill’d's expanding FMCG portfolio across major supermarket channels.
With our delicious patties and famous sauces already available nationally in Coles and exciting expansion opportunities ahead, you'll take ownership of key customer relationships, drive commercial performance and help unlock new growth opportunities across our retail business.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with manufacturers and supply chain partners to ensure our products are always ready to hit the shelves when customers are craving them.

Spot the Next Big Opportunity: Support category reviews, ranging opportunities and new customer growth as we continue to expand our retail footprint.
You'll also spend time working alongside our restaurant teams as part of your onboarding, giving you first-hand insight into the operations, people and culture that drive Grill’d's success.

You've Got the Foundations: You've built some solid experience in FMCG account management, category, buying or commercial roles and you're ready to take the next step.

Ready for More Ownership: You might currently be an Assistant Account Manager, Account Executive, Analyst or Buyer looking for a bigger seat at the table and the chance to make a genuine impact.

You Speak Retail: Exposure to Coles, Woolworths or other major retail channels would be a huge plus.
