Marketing & Events Manager

ARMANI Restaurant & Lounge

ARMANI is looking for an ambitious, creative, and driven Marketing & Events Manager to help take our brand into its next era.

We are not simply looking for someone to “post on social media.”
We are looking for someone hungry to build, improve, modernize, and grow.

This role is perfect for someone fresh out of university or early in their career who has a genuine passion for hospitality, branding, events, systems, and business growth. If you are the type of person who constantly thinks “there’s a better way to do this,” we want to hear from you.

You will work directly with ownership to help streamline operations, modernize systems, elevate the customer experience, and grow ARMANI into one of Sydney’s standout hospitality venues.

About The Role

This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and wants real responsibility, not just another corporate desk job.

You will help oversee:

Marketing strategy
Event coordination and execution
Social media growth
Brand development
Customer engagement
Business systems and process improvements
Promotional campaigns
Partnerships and collaborations
Content creation and campaign planning

Most importantly, you will help bring fresh ideas into the business and execute them properly.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns
Organize and coordinate events from start to finish
Assist with content creation for social media platforms
Help modernize internal systems and workflows
Build relationships with influencers, creators, and business partners
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability
Assist in developing promotional strategies and special events
Track campaign and event performance
Work closely with management on long term business growth initiatives
Help elevate the ARMANI brand presence both online and in venue
