Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join HUB24 on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HUB24 Roadshow and key industry events, delivering seamless, high-quality experiences that support our brand and client engagement strategy. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, coordinate and execute events from end to end.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and delivery of a national, multi-city roadshow program and a flagship annual conference (450+ attendees)
Own end-to-end event delivery, from initial concept through to post-event evaluation
Deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across all roadshow locations, while adapting to local requirements and constraints
Manage concurrent events and complex delivery timelines with confidence and precision
Lead risk management and ensure compliance across all events
Develop and manage event budgets with full accountability
Curate conference agendas, including sourcing and securing keynote and industry speakers
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, speakers and sponsors
Lead and coordinate cross-functional working groups, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
Oversee the full event marketing lifecycle, including campaign strategy, messaging and positioning, and content and communications planning
Requirements:
Proven senior experience delivering large-scale conferences (450+ attendees) and national roadshows, ideally within financial services, technology or professional associations
Strong background in events-led marketing and experiential campaigns
Demonstrated previous leadership experience, either through direct people management or leading project/workstream delivery
Demonstrated ability to integrate events into broader marketing and brand strategies
Proven budget ownership with strong commercial acumen
Highly developed stakeholder and relationship management skills
Confidence operating at both a strategic and hands-on delivery level
Ability to build strong, trusted working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing successful outcomes
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish professional credibility
