Your day as a Reporting and Insights Analyst
As a Reporting and Insights Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the integration of the myWorkZone platform. In July 2026, Treasury will migrate from SAP Connect to SAP S/4HANA. Additionally, this role will support the delivery of HR technology, reporting and analytics which reflect best practice, governance and statutory compliance to meet business demands. The HR Systems include the following:
- HRIS - SAP S/4HANA (myWorkZone)
- Cornerstone - recruitment, learning, performance, talent and forms
- Power BI - analytics and insights

What you can bring to the role
In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- SAP HR Establishment management experience (mandatory) and Payroll & Shared Service experience.
- Solid experience in the administration of other HR systems (e.g. Cornerstone) preferred
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, research skills and experience of complex data analysis
- Highly developed problem solving, organisational skills, the capability to successfully manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience

Eligibility
