Make an impact at Serco
As our Commercial Business Partner, you'll provide finance and commercial leadership across a portfolio of services at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you'll help deliver a contract that is commercially sound, financially sustainable and contractually compliant.
Through commercial insight, financial analysis and risk management, you'll support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. You'll also contribute to business growth opportunities and help optimise operational and financial performance.
You’ll make a positive impact by:

Driving profitability and efficiency through sound financial planning, analysis and governance

Leading contract initiatives, pricing activities, contract variations and profit improvement plans

Managing commercial and financial risks while recommending practical mitigation strategies

Supporting General Managers and Service Line Leads with commercial advice and financial decision-making

Ensuring contract compliance, business controls and continuous improvement across financial processes

Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver commercially sustainable outcomes

You could be a great fit if you have:

CA or CPA qualification and tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Law or a related discipline

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in a commercial or finance role within Government, facilities management or healthcare environments

Strong experience in contract negotiation and administration, including Australian Standard contracts
-
Advanced analytical, commercial and financial modelling skills, with the ability to provide meaningful business insights
-
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
-
An inclusive and consultative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
