What's the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Pastry Chef to join one of our premium corporate client sites in Sydney CBD.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, baked goods, and sweet offerings for daily service, corporate functions, special events and in the onside Pastry kitchen. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.
Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings.
Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Manage stock levels and minimise waste.
Support kitchen operations and event catering requirements.

About You

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a Pastry Chef role.
Strong pastry and baking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.

Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
