We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced Baker / Pastry Cook to join our busy gluten free manufacturing kitchen. You’ll be part of a hands-on, fast-paced production team preparing and baking a variety of gluten free pastries, savoury items, and specialty products for wholesale and retail customers.
- Full-time available now with immediate start
- Salary based on experience
- 2am start Monday to Friday

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as a pastry chef or pastry cook (manufacturing or wholesale experience highly regarded)
- Confident in laminating large volumes of pastry doughs
- Good time management
- Must be experienced in a production kitchen having worked night hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under time pressure
- Team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Australian full-time work rights, sponsorship is not available for this position
