Our Finance team forms part of the global Hub Group - alongside Marketing, IT, People & Capability, and our senior leaders - and provides targeted financial management and support to nine (9) studios operating across five (5) legal jurisdictions.
About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate and well-structured financial and accounting support across the ASPECT Studios group.
This is a hands-on role with a strong administrative foundation, requiring a high level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail. You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day finance operations, while also building your capability across broader accounting and reporting processes over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting accounting administration across the group
- Assisting with monthly reporting, including data collection, analysis and presentation
- Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Supporting financial transfers and bank account management
- Processing supplier invoices, reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records and assisting with supplier payments
- Supporting invoicing, debtor follow-up and reconciliations
- Assisting with journals, accruals and prepayments
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Assisting with audit preparation and financial statements
- Contributing to FBT, payroll tax and statutory compliance tasks
- Providing support for payroll queries and reporting
- Assisting with billing, project setup, WIP management and fee tracking
You will also maintain accurate documentation, support process improvements, and work closely with stakeholders across our global studios.
This role offers the opportunity to progressively take ownership of processes and build capability across the broader finance function as you develop.

About You
You are looking to build a strong foundation in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- 1–3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance support role
- Strong Excel capability (e.g. reconciliations, data handling, pivot tables)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Clear communication style and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
You enjoy working with structured data, take pride in accuracy, and are keen to grow your experience by taking on increasing responsibility over time.
Working towards (or intending to commence) CA or CPA is desirable but not essential.
