Full Job Description

Join our Senior School Administration team as a Senior School Administrator – Student Services and Operations, where you will play a key frontline role in delivering exceptional service to students, parents, staff, and visitors. This dynamic position combines reception, student services, and operational support—ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Senior School.

This role is ideal for a highly organised, people-focused professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, fixed term role for a period of 12 months, commencing in Term 3, 2026.

The role:

Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception environment
Manage daily reception operations, including phone enquiries, visitor coordination, deliveries, and general administration
Maintain accurate student attendance records, promptly following up on unexplained absences
Provide administrative and operational support for school activities, excursions, and events
Support the Senior School Administration Team with general coordination, office upkeep, and ad hoc administrative tasks as required

What do I need to succeed?

Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Technological proficiency (Microsoft suite, Compass and Synergetic)
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of organisational and time management skills
Exemplary telephone manner and communication skills

A valid Employee Working With Children Check is a requirement of employment in this position.
