Casual Receptionist ad Administrator 10-12 hours per week
- 2 shifts per week minimum (Monday afternoon/ evenings and Thursday mornings)

Duties and Key Responsibilities include:
· You should enjoy providing exceptional reception and customer service to clients and supporing the clinical team
· Ensure efficient daily operation of the clinic including making appointments, processing payments, banking, clinic hygiene duties.
· Support the Director in daily operations of the business
· Provide weekly and monthly reports as required by the Director and management team
Skills and Experience:
· Experience working within a busy reception team (preferred)
· Outstanding customer service and the ability to build relationships
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Strong and proven ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Be adaptable in a changing clinical and business environment
· Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
· Proficiency in MS Office is essential
· Flexibility to cover shifts and change working hours if necessary
