About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technology Trainer to join our Melbourne office. Reporting to our Technology Training Manager and working closely with our People & Development team, you will design and deliver engaging technology learning programs that support capability development and technology adoption across the firm.

This role will suit a proactive and collaborative learning professional who enjoys creating practical learning solutions, delivering training and helping people build confidence in the technologies they use every day. You will also play a key role in supporting the firm's use of emerging technologies, including AI tools.

About you

We would love to hear from professionals with the following skills, experience and attributes:

Experience in technology training, instructional design, or learning and development
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions and digital learning content
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience with learning technologies
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative, customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement

The following will be highly regarded, but are not essential:

Qualifications in learning and development, instructional design or adult education
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
