About the Opportunity
The purpose of the role is to support the implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of a range of projects to contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives for the Cancer Screening and Prevention Division, including support for strategic projects such as the lung cancer screening implementation and monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives for the division.

Essential Requirements

Demonstrated experience in project management and the application of project management principles and techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver and meet project objectives and requirements.
Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualification in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion or equivalent and relevant professional experience and training.
An understanding of the NSW and or federal health system including a knowledge of relevant trends, issues, policies and practices.
