MoveWell Allied Health is a growing mobile allied health provider delivering high-quality physiotherapy services throughout Western Sydney. We work with clients across Aged Care, Home Care Packages, NDIS, private patients, and post-operative rehabilitation, helping individuals maintain their independence, mobility, and quality of life within their own homes and communities.
Our approach focuses on providing personalised, evidence-based care while building strong relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, case managers, and healthcare providers. We are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes and exceptional service to every client we support.
Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as a contractor. We are particularly interested in hearing from Arabic-speaking female Physiotherapists to support the needs of our growing client base.
This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work arrangements with the opportunity to gradually build a consistent caseload across Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments within clients' homes and community settings
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation, mobility training, falls prevention programs, strength and balance interventions, and pain management strategies
- Provide ongoing monitoring, reassessment, and progression of treatment programs
- Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise effectively with families, support coordinators, care managers, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals
- Promote safe and independent participation in daily activities
Essential Requirements
- Current Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
- ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
- High standard of clinical reasoning and professional documentation
Desirable
- Ability to speak Arabic
- Experience working within Aged Care, NDIS, Home Care Packages, or community-based physiotherapy
- Experience providing home visit services
