About the role:

We’re searching for a motivated and curious Cadet to join our WA team and take part in a unique rotational program that gives you hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.

You’ll rotate through:

Estimating
Contracts Administration
Project Delivery (PM/Site Support)

Whether you’re in your final year of study, recently graduated, or exploring a new career direction, this is your chance to get real industry exposure while figuring out where you shine.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Delivery Cadet, you'll work through your rotation to support project teams across estimating, pre-construction and delivery while developing your understanding of how projects come together.

You will:

Assist with trade package tendering, take-offs and pricing requests.
Support subcontractor and supplier engagement during tender submissions.
Help maintain project documentation, records and document control.
Assist with RFIs, procurement activities and project administration.
Support Site Managers and project teams with coordination and site logistics.
Assist with material tracking, deliveries and project reporting.
Participate in site inspections, safety initiatives and compliance activities.
Build an understanding of construction sequencing, procurement and project delivery.
Learn and apply Unita systems, processes and project management tools.

What You'll Bring

Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Construction Management, Construction, Project Management, Property or a related discipline.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office.
A White Card and current Driver's Licence.
A genuine interest in building a career within the construction industry.
