Full Job Description

About the role

This position will work within a team that is responsible for leading the design and development of IDT’s enterprise reporting solutions, analytics initiatives and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support operational and strategic insights.
Support and troubleshoot data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric, under guidance from senior team members.
Collaborate closely with the Digital and Data Analytics Lead to maintain and enhance integrations between enterprise systems (including TechOne, eCase, and Mirus) and central analytics platforms.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and data extracts.
Document technical processes, data transformation logic, and data lineage to support governance, transparency, and reproducibility.

Experience requirements for the role:

Diploma, or University Degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience managing applications and/or systems management.
Strong knowledge of system and software development lifecycle best practices and methodologies.
Experience in analysis of complex software and process issues
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
Knowledge of trends in technology relating to business applications.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Very strong customer service orientation.

The following experience/ qualifications will be highly regarded in the selection process:

Familiarity with aged care or community services sector.
Experience with TechOne, eCase, and Mirus systems.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
