Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Flinders Lane, Melbourne. This part-time contract role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our hospitality environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
