Your role at Clorox:

Are you passionate about bringing brands to life at the point of purchase? Do you thrive on turning shopper insights into impactful retail activations that drive results? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Shopper Marketing Executive to join our ANZ team. Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager ANZ, you will play a key role in developing and executing shopper marketing programs across Australia's leading retailers, helping to drive growth across a portfolio of trusted household brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional looking to build their FMCG career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with exposure across Sales, Marketing, Category and Customer teams.

In this role, you will:

What You'll Be Doing

Shopper Marketing & Activations

Support the development and execution of annual shopper marketing plans across multiple retail customers.
Translate brand campaigns into compelling in-store and online shopper activations.
Project manage end-to-end activation programs, including POS development, retail media campaigns and digital shopper assets.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to deliver best-in-class customer activations.
Manage the execution of omnichannel shopper campaigns across key Australian retailers.
Monitor, analyse and report on activation performance, identifying opportunities to optimise future plans.
Lead monthly activation planning meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and timelines.
Manage external creative, shopper marketing and POS agencies to ensure quality execution and cost efficiencies.
Support customer-specific promotional programs and bespoke activations as required.
Manage pre-pack execution projects from concept through to delivery.

Shopper Operations & Process Support

Coordinate shopper messaging across in-store and online environments.
Manage artwork approvals and packaging updates for NPD launches and packaging refresh projects.
Conduct competitor and retail audits, sharing insights and recommendations with the broader business.
Support budget management, including purchase orders, invoice processing and spend reconciliation.
Analyse shopper and customer data to generate actionable insights.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across shopper marketing activities.

What we look for:

What You'll Bring

2 to 3 years' experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or a similar marketing role.
Experience managing marketing campaigns, retail activations or shopper programs.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods or Retail will be highly regarded.
