Reporting jointly to our General Manager – Food & Beverage and Retail, and our Marketing Manager – Brand, PR, Social Media & Local Marketing, you'll develop and deliver commercially focused marketing that drives awareness, engagement and sales across F&B, Retail, Premium Experiences (HOYTS LUX, HOYTS XTRA, Arties Bar) and Consumer Commerce.
The role covers a lot of ground. One week you could be working on packaging for a new candy range, the next you’re pulling together an activation plan for a major release, or looking at why the menu boards aren’t performing as expected across 60+ sites.

- Brand, menus and packaging - Own branding assets, digital and physical menu design, point-of-sale and guest-facing collateral. Pricing communication needs to be clear and brand standards need to hold at every touchpoint.
- In-cinema activations - Concept and deliver experiential moments for product launches and promotions, working with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
- Digital and channel marketing - Drive awareness and conversion across digital ordering, delivery partners, gift cards and vouchers, and the HOYTS online store.
- Planning and reporting - Own the marketing calendar. Run campaigns from brief through to execution, then measure what worked.
- Stakeholder collaboration - Partner with Marketing, Operations, Creative Studio, Finance and cinema teams. Build the toolkits and execution guides our sites need to deliver.
- Compliance - Promotional activity, packaging and menus all need to meet advertising, consumer law and company requirements.
